What is CISO Assist?
CISO Assist is a flexible support service for organisations that need to strengthen their work in information security and cybersecurity, but do not always have the need or capacity to maintain a full internal CISO function. The service can be used as an interim solution, a strategic sounding board, or complementary expert support in selected areas — depending on the organisation's needs and maturity.
In many organisations there is a clear need for security governance, prioritisation and coordination, but limited internal capacity to drive the work forward. CISO Assist helps create structure, direction and continuity in security work — so the organisation receives more cohesive and sustainable support across both strategic and operational matters.
