We start by mapping your organisation's critical processes, dependencies and vulnerabilities through a structured Business Impact Analysis. This gives us a clear picture of which scenarios are most relevant to plan for and which recovery times are acceptable.
Based on the analysis we help you develop, update and test continuity and contingency plans. We place great emphasis on the plans being actually used and known by the right people in the organisation — and we conduct regular exercises to ensure the capability is real, not just documented.
