Privacy and cookies

BAG Beyond Advisory Group AB (org. no. 559528-7938), Stockholm, Sweden, is the controller of your personal data. If you have questions about how we handle it, email info@beyondadvisory.se.

When you use the contact form, we receive your name, work email, organisation, role, the topic you pick and your message. If you email us directly, we keep what you send.

To answer your enquiry and follow it up, for example to book a demo or send you a proposal. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We won't add you to newsletters or marketing emails without asking you first.

For as long as we're in touch about your enquiry, and then for no more than 12 months after our last contact. After that, we delete it. If your organisation becomes a customer, our agreement with you applies instead.

We never sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the website and email, and they may use it only on our behalf. We choose providers that process data within the EU/EEA where possible. If data is processed outside the EU/EEA, it is protected as the GDPR requires, for example through the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

You can ask what data we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted. You can also object to how we use it. Email info@beyondadvisory.se and we'll help. If you think we've handled your data wrongly, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.

This site uses only the cookies it needs to work. We don't use tracking or marketing cookies. If we later want to measure visits to the site, we'll ask you first, and you can say no.
