NIS2, done as security work
For essential and important entities under NIS2 and the Swedish Cybersecurity Act. In BeyondSight, your risk-based security measures start from the threat profile and the risks in your own organisation, so the same work can answer to the law and make you more secure.
What NIS2 asks, in plain words
NIS2 is the EU's directive on cybersecurity for essential and important entities. In Sweden it's implemented through the Cybersecurity Act (cybersäkerhetslagen).
- Take risk-based cybersecurity measures: risk analysis, incident handling, business continuity, supply chain security (Article 21)
- Have your management body approve and oversee those measures, and get trained (Article 20)
- Report significant incidents to the authorities (Article 23)
Where BeyondSight helps
Risk work that drives decisions
A threat profile for your business, step-by-step vulnerability assessments and one risk register with owners and review dates.
Build on ISO 27001
NIS2 and ISO 27001 overlap a lot, and ENISA's implementation guidance shows how they fit together. Link both to one control library, and you see what's already in place and what NIS2 asks for on top.
Supply chain security
Suppliers registered by criticality, questionnaires via secure link and assessments you can explain later.
Management accountability
Owners, review dates, scope decisions with reasons and an audit log: a record your management body can stand behind.
Many start with Risk Curator, or with Compliance Core if ISO 27001 is already in place.
